Chairman Devitt opened the meeting.

Appointment of Auditors for 2018

• Chairman Devitt called to order the first item on the agenda for the appointment of auditors. He said the IDA has had Nugent & Haeussler for a long time and asked if there were any other recommendations?
• Second Vice-Chairman Rainaldi said they are familiar with it.
• First Vice-Chairman Williams motioned to appoint the firm of Nugent & Haeussler to provide the auditing services for the IDA for 2018, seconded by Member Hayes. All in favor, all ayes, Member Jennings was absent, motion carried.
• Chairman Devitt said we have the agenda for the 2018 schedule of meetings and said he entertain a motion for the agency to accept that.
• Member Hayes motioned to accept the 2018 IDA meeting schedule, seconded by First Vice-Chairman Williams. All in favor, all ayes, Member Jennings was absent, motion carried.
• Chairman Devitt noted that there were Treasurer’s Reports submitted by Member Jennings and asked the Members if they wanted to accept the reports?
• First Vice-Chairman Williams motioned to accept the February, March, April, May, June, July and August 2017 Treasurer’s Reports, as submitted, seconded by Second Vice-Chairman Rainaldi. All in favor, all ayes, Member Jennings was absent, motion carried.

Other Business

• A brief discussion was held regarding the funds that the IDA has and what they possibly could be used for in the future.

Approval of the January 30, 2017 IDA Meeting Minutes

• Member Hayes motioned to approve the January 30, 2017 meeting minutes as presented, seconded by Second Vice Chairman Rainaldi. All in favor, all ayes, Member Jennings was absent, motion carried.

Member Hayes motioned to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Second Vice- Chairman Rainaldi. All in favor, all ayes, Member Jennings was absent, motion carried.

The next IDA meeting is scheduled for Monday, January 08, 2018 at 5:30 p.m.
